We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) with two reliable options:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch

Gardener’s Tip: For time-sensitive plantings, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products. Please note that due to their perishable nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bulbs and tubers: Allium Bulbs, Begonia Tubers, Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil/Narcissus Bulbs, Dahlia Tubers
  • Live plants: Air Purifying House Plants, All Hedging Plants, Annual Plants, Basket & Container Annuals, Cacti & Succulents, Carnivorous House Plants, Climbing Annual Flowers, Cut Flower Annuals, Evergreen Hedging, Fast Growing Hedging, Flowering House Plants, Foliage House Plants
  • Any opened or planted products

Return Process

Our return process is as simple as planting a seedling:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our plant specialists will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

Plant Care Note: For non-returnable live plants that arrive damaged, we may offer store credit or replacement at our discretion upon receiving photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
